Terms and conditions

A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. Availability, price and services become binding only after written confirmation from Da Rosalia Apartment.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am.

Payment

A 20% deposit is required; the balance is due at check-in. Operational details are provided in the written confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival receive a full refund. No refund is due after that deadline.

Additional services

Breakfast, transfers, washer, dryer and experiences are subject to availability and may incur extra charges, always stated before confirmation. The Sicilian breakfast at Caffè Lucà costs €5 per person per day and includes three items listed on the Services page.
