Purpose and legal basis

Data submitted through the form is used to answer availability requests, prepare a quote and take requested pre-contractual steps. Confirmed-booking data is also processed for contractual, administrative and legal obligations.

Data processed

Name, contact details, stay dates, number and age of guests, requested services and messages. No newsletters, personalised advertising or non-essential analytics are currently used.

Retention and recipients

Requests that do not become bookings are retained only as necessary and no longer than 24 months. Booking data is retained for the periods required by administrative, tax and public-security obligations. Essential technical suppliers, including Resend for email delivery, may process data within their functions.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and exercise the other rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by contacting the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
